ChiroFusion; Do Stellar Reviews Tell the Complete Story?

ChiroFusion EHR

ChiroFusion is a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system for chiropractors that helps with scheduling, reporting, and invoicing.

ChiroFusion's culture incorporates ideals into its daily operations. The company’s founder has been in practice for more than 20 years and is a ChiroFusion customer. His goal has always been to develop a company culture that prioritizes customers’ needs on top of basic functionality.

ChiroFusion takes pride in being a company that provides affordable, high-quality chiropractic software as well as exceptional customer service, all while being loyal to its customers.

ChiroFurion's mission is straightforward. To provide chiropractors with low-cost, high-quality practice management software that enables them to run a more profitable and productive business.

They even go so far as to suggest that the success of their customers determines their success. As a result, we need to check through ChiroFusion reviews to grasp its functionality and real-world applicability better. Furthermore, this will aid in the management of expectations, and you will be able to determine whether ChiroFusion EHR is a good fit for you based on the experiences of others.

ChiroFusion Reviews

I’ve taken the liberty to add an insightful review that does a good job of appreciating all the ChiroFusion does well, and they point out drawbacks and pain points.

“Overall, excellent quality, and constant updating.”

Pros: “It appeals to me because it is cloud-based and accessible from any device. It also means that new features are always being added to make training more convenient. Customer service has always been fantastic about getting back to me the same day when I've had a question. Even if I raise a query towards the end of the day, I usually get a response when someone should be at home. In addition, it’s simple to log subsequent visits and submit relevant charges once the initial visit is entered.”

Cons: “It's a monthly cost that you'll have to pay. It's the same as paying for maintenance support in another EHR system, but it's a one-time fee that I'll have to pay for the rest of my life. In addition, I'd like a couple of additional analytical reports. They can, however, introduce them in the future as part of updates.”

Over-the-air upgrades are available in ChiroFusion, and they require little to no downtime. Furthermore, customer service is among the best in the market and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, only the DC Pro and DC Premium programs have 24/7 customer assistance; the DC Plus package does not.

The pricing is on a monthly basis, with a $500 setup fee. There is currently no method to acquire a license. There are only subscription models available.

Final Words

ChiroFusion is an excellent option for small-scale chiropractic practices. However, as the company is still relatively young, there are a few quirks and bugs that need to be ironed out. That’s not to say that the program does not provide complete functionality. It does. It’s just not as streamlined as users would want it to be. Minor bugs arent software breaking, but they do add an inconvenience.

The one crucial thing that ChiroFusion is doing right is that it’s taking feedback very seriously and is continuously working to improve its program. Customer support is better than EHR solutions that cost many times as much, and they report bugs upwards, making sure they get patched in future updates.

All in all, ChrioFusion is on the path to becoming the best chiropractic EHR solution available, especially for small-scale and solo practices.
