Physicians usually look into the features and services offered by EHR vendors to evaluate them against the odds. But that’s not all. As the saying goes: “Don’t judge the book by its cover,” you shouldn’t rely on what the vendor provides for quality matters more than quantity. If a vendor offers dozens of features without maintaining patient care standards, it’s useless.
For this very reason, today at FindEMR, we will present you with a short post that will reflect on the customer reviews of Sevocity EHR. We will analyze these reviews to find out what customers say about their practical experience with this software. This will help you decide whether or not you should go for it, considering how helpful its features are for physicians.

Reviews of Sevocity
Here we have discussed reviews that will provide quality insight into Sevocity along with highlighting its minor setbacks.
Crux: “Low-cost, efficient system, and easy to use”
First Review:
Pros: “I love the ease of use and the simplicity. It gets rid of all the unnecessary clicks and other things that complicate other EHRs. My charting is faster, and I love the easy customization. Nice lab interface. Ordering made simple. The patient portal is nice and not overly complicated. Minimal menus. Won’t get lost in a sea of menu options. The staff doesn’t complain. Well laid out. I love the RCopia interface for e-prescribing.”
Cons: “Can only open one encounter type at a time. They are addressing this now, hoping this won’t be an issue soon. 2. ICD10 search is not great, but a quick google search will find it if you can’t find it immediately on theirs. I foresee this being corrected in the future. I just add them to my favorites as I have to look them up, so there are fewer and fewer each day to look up.”
Second Review:
Pros: “Cloud-based The account holder can add/delete users. The account holder can customize Frequent software updates Product request forms Reporting Frequent training webinars.”
Cons: “Software servers go down sometimes Import/export, not global Referral reports not specific enough Need more options for notification pop-ups.”
